High performance of GFMS IPG Generator

The Swiss made IPG generator has state-of-the art powerful electronics to increase production output by utilizing efficiently controlled EDM processes that include FPGA technology.
With integrated fine surface module surfaces roughness of less than Ra 0.20 μm is achieved.  Extremely high removal rates and low hourly running cost are possible with cheap brass wires (speed technology).
The generator has completely range of technologies including all materials needed for workshop.
The strategies for stepped work pieces machining and corner machining ensure accuracy and quality in whole profile of work-piece.

High accuracy T type mechanics

The T type base frame permits the loading of larger and heavy work pieces without affecting accuracy. The compact and rigid machine structure guarantees good positioning accuracy and highly repeatable results.
Direct measurement of positions by linear scales is used on X and Y axes.
The ICP system on XYZ axes prevents any breakage of sensitive parts and costly elements allowing the operator to work with more confidence during job preparation and execution.
